Yesterday, we welcomed students to the 9th floor to explore our languages. The event, Celebrate Languages!, was organized by the Language Institute and intended to help students explore the many opportunities they have for language study.
With the help of our graduate students – Rebecca Moorman, Ximing Lu, and Marina Grochocki – we worked with students to make a graffiti wall filled with Greek and Latin phrases. Students especially enjoyed writing their names in Greek!
