Lawrence Andrea, a 2020 graduate, earned a spot as an international reporting fellow for the Pulitzer Center that same year. Recently, Andrea concluded his work exploring and documenting post-asylum life for refugees in Greece.
His final article titled, “In Refugees’ Hands, Cameras Are Powerful Storytelling Tools,” was published in National Geographic last week. A compilation of all his work can be found here.
Andrea earned a BA in Journalism, studied Modern Standard Arabic, and rounded out his undergraduate experience with certificates in Classical Studies and Studio Art.
