UW Classics in Greece and Italy!

CANES sponsors a study abroad trip to Greece or Italy every summer.  These programs are led by a member of our faculty and offer students the opportunity to visit some of the ancient and historical sites they've been studying.  Students with any major and of all academic levels can participate.   All lectures, tours, and classes are in English.  To learn more about how study abroad programs can fit into a student's academic plans, read our Majors Advising Page.

Through generous support, CANES is able to offer two scholarship opportunities to help our majors finance their trip:
Ruth M. Kuhlman Undergraduate Scholarship
Gertrude E. Slaughter Summer Study Scholarship

Questions? Make an appointment to meet with the CANES advisor, Toni Landis.
